Auto HMI/UI display ≥

Do all automotive instrument panels have to look like the Weapons Systems Operator's console from a Sci-fi movie made in 2003? Here's a self-initiated auto HMI design featuring a large, single piece OLED panel with touch sensitivity. The display features a non-standard shape with rounded sides. Speedometer features a "tape display" speed readout to help the driver judge rate of acceleration as well as current speed (as indicated by the large numerical display superimposed on the tape). Customizable modes, colors, and arrangements let driver (and/or passenger) interact with intuitive layouts that can change to suit current driver needs and preferences. Finally, an opportunity to brand the panel graphics is used by incorporating the auto company's logo into the design.
